Spanish defender unfazed by transfer rumours

Gamez shrugs off Prem link
Gamez: Mounting interest

Jesus Gamez insists there is no substance to reports linking him with a move to Premier League giants Chelsea.
The Blues are the latest in a long line of clubs believed to be tracking the talented Malaga defender.
The 24-year-old shone for his Andalusian employers last term, helping them to an eighth-place finish in La Liga.
A number of assured displays helped to raise his profile across Europe, with Aston Villa, Sevilla and Valencia said to have expressed an interest in his services.
No formal bid was lodged over the summer, but speculation regarding his future refuses to go away.
Gamez admits he is flattered to be in the thoughts of such high-profile clubs, but claims his sole focus at present is on helping Malaga to recover from their slow start to the 2009/10 campaign.
"I have seen the reports which have appeared in the press," he said.
"But my agent (Joseba Diaz) has not called me to discuss this subject and I remain calm.
"The interest from English clubs is not new. It is an honour for me to be linked with such a move, but my head remains exclusively with Malaga and our efforts to climb out of the relegation zone."
